Every candidate we represent has been through our three-stage vetting process: a holistic discovery conversation, an in-depth technical and cultural alignment interview, and a company-specific preparation stage that ensures they arrive at your interview informed, committed, and ready. We coordinate every step. We prepare candidates thoroughly. We advise on interview process and candidate experience. And we follow up post-placement to ensure the engagement is performing as expected on both sides.

  • Not every need requires a permanent commitment upfront. Whether you are managing a workforce gap, evaluating a candidate before a full offer, or scaling a team for a defined period, Aeleris provides contract and contract-to-hire talent with the same rigor applied to every permanent search. As the assigned employee employer of record, Aeleris manages onboarding, background screening, E-Verify, payroll, and timekeeping - removing administrative burden from your team entirely. Throughout the engagement, you will receive formal 30-60-90+ day written performance reviews, regular touchpoint updates, and a consistent Aeleris point of contact invested in the quality of every assignment.     2. Technical & Cultural Alignment (in-depth interview against specific role requirements, competencies, project history, measurable impact, cultural fit — client screening questions and technical assessments integrated)

    3. Company Preparation (candidate fully researched the organization, understands products, values, expectations, and is genuinely committed before presentation).

    Two professional references collected and reference calls conducted: project impact, team contribution, and behavioral alignment verified.

  • Written candidate report to your team — not just a resume. Includes background summary, reason for availability, professional and technical alignment, compensation requirements, reference outcomes, and Aeleris assessment of fit.

  • Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience: Full coordination of interview process — scheduling, candidate preparation, logistics, post-interview follow-up. Real-time post-interview feedback from candidates shared.

  • Placement & Ongoing Support:

    • Direct hire — offer and onboarding guidance, check-ins on performance and culture alignment.

    • Contract — full employer of record relationship managed: payroll, timekeeping, compliance, formal 30-60-90+ day reviews, consistent communication. Billing, hours, and engagement data transparent and accessible at all times.
